Palona AI answers calls on behalf of your restaurant. When a customer calls your store, the call reaches our AI agent, which can take orders, answer questions, and transfer to your team when needed.

Below you'll find your Palona AI phone number and three ways to connect it to your business. Setup typically takes just a few minutes, and any method can be turned on or off quickly.

Finding your Palona AI phone number:

You can find your Palona AI phone number at console.palona.ai :

1. Sign in to your account at console.palona.ai
2. In the side menu, expand Hosting
3. Click Locations — your AI phone number will be listed here

Setting up the number for your business:

Choose one of the three methods below to connect Palona AI to your business phone line. Any method can be turned on or off within a few minutes.

1. Update your Google Business listing (Recommended)

Replace your current phone number on Google Maps and your Google Business Profile with your Palona AI number. Customers will call the AI number directly from your listing. The AI agent can still transfer calls to your store's phone, so no request is missed.

1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your business. https://support.google.com/business/answer/3039617?hl=en
2. Search your business name on Google → click Edit profile.
3. Tap the phone number → update it to your Palona AI number → Save.
