There are two ways to let Palona AI handle your phone calls. You can easily turn either one on or off within a few minutes.

1️⃣ Use AI number on Google Maps (Recommended)

This way, guests will call the AI number from Google Maps directly. When a request is better handled by a human employee—like "I'd like to talk to your manager" or "I want to file a claim"—Palona AI will transfer the call to your store's phone so no call is missed and an excellent user experience is ensured.

1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your business. https://support.google.com/business/answer/3039617?hl=en
2. Search your business name on Google → click Edit profile.
3. Tap the phone number → update → Save.

2️⃣ Forward calls to AI number
